How to Make a Twitch Clip on Desktop
Open the Twitch stream or VOD you want to clip.
Hover over the video player and click the Clip button (the clapperboard icon).
Twitch will open the clip editor with part of the stream already selected.
Adjust the beginning and end to capture the moment you want.
Add a title to your clip.
Click Publish Clip.
That's it. Your Twitch clip is saved and ready to share.

Open the Twitch app and select the live stream or VOD you want to clip.
